"Withdrawal took longer than I expected"
I’ve been waiting a few days for my withdrawal to come through and still haven’t seen anything. Support has been polite enough, but the only answer I keep getting is basically to wait, with no real update. To be fair, deposits went through instantly, so if you’re only putting money in it feels smooth. But if you actually need your money back quickly, this has been frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the withdrawal speed improves.

My deposit went through fine with my card, so I can’t really complain about that. The cashout options just felt a bit limited to me, and it took longer than I was hoping. I’m not saying it was terrible or anything, because it wasn’t, but it felt average overall.

I tried using Top Canadian Casino on my phone, and for me it was more frustrating than anything. The pages were slow to load, some buttons didn’t respond when I tapped them, and the layout kept shifting while I was scrolling, which made it hard to use comfortably.
Logging in also took a couple of attempts, so the whole thing just felt kind of clunky. Maybe it’s a different story on desktop or with a stronger connection, but on mobile it wasn’t worth the hassle for me, and I ended up giving up after a while.

I went looking for clear limits or help info on the responsible gambling page, but not much useful I found there. It felt kind of pointless, like the important stuff was either missing or just hard to figure out.

"Support Eventually Replied, I Guess"
I had what I thought was a simple question about my account, so I reached out to support expecting, you know, some kind of actual response. Instead, I got to enjoy several days of silence, which was super helpful in its own special way.
When I finally followed up, they sent me what felt like a copy-paste reply that barely addressed anything. Maybe the site works great if you never need help, but unfortunately I did, and that’s where the whole experience kind of fell apart

The bonus seemed a lot better before I signed up. Once I actually went to use it, it didn’t feel worth it at all. I reached out for help, but the response didn’t really clear things up, so I’m probably going to escalate this if they don’t explain it properly or fix it...

"Didn’t find much I wanted to play"
I signed up last week and spent a couple of evenings browsing around, but the game selection felt limited to me. There are some slots, sure, but I had a hard time finding newer titles or much variety. I checked the live games the next day too, and they seemed basic. It’s not awful, I just expected more choices after spending a bit of time on it.

I don’t know, something about it just didn’t feel very transparent to me. Maybe it’s because there wasn’t enough info, or maybe I just expected it to be clearer, but either way it made me trust it less than I wanted to.

I spent some time looking through Top Canadian Casino, though I kind of lost track of when I found what because some of the info felt scattered. At first I thought the licensing details were there somewhere, then later I wasn’t so sure, and I never really felt like I had a clear answer.
The security side was similar for me. I wanted to see straightforward info about SSL, payment safety, and who actually runs the site, but it all felt a bit vague or hard to pin down. Maybe I missed something, but I went back and forth enough times that it didn’t leave me feeling very confident.
It could be totally fine, I’m not saying it’s definitely bad, but I wouldn’t put much money into it right now. If they made the licensing and security details easier to find and understand, I’d probably feel a lot better about it

I kept seeing bonus offers around, but a lot of them looked like they might’ve already expired. I’m not totally sure, but it didn’t really feel worth digging through them to find out.

I tried using it on mobile, and it was a bit frustrating. The menus felt all over the place, and it took longer than I expected to load, which made it hard to stick with it.

"Not super useful for Canadian players"
I was hoping for a lot more Canada-specific info, but it feels thin. A few of the casinos listed don’t really explain things like CAD payments, Interac, or province rules clearly, which is kind of ridiculous if it’s supposed to help Canadian players. It’s fine for a quick glance, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on it completely before signing up anywhere.
